Shipping and Returns

We use UPS and USPS for all shipping. If the produst does not fall within the shippers guidelines, we will be unable to ship it to you.


Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. and Only within the U.S.A.



 Some Items are 'display only' and cannot be sold or shipped on our website. If we have made a mistake by placing an Item for 'sale' that should be 'display only', a refund of the transaction will be given. Some Items are ineligible shipping.

Products are shipped within 1-7 Days using the following carriers: UPS or USPS.

Our store is in Northern California, orders to East coast can take up to 10 business days. Shipping may even take longer during Holiday time or due to bad weather.


Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 7 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

BACKORDERS or Unavailable Items

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable at which case they will be taken off the order and refunded. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Items are eligible for return within 30 Days of date of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Products must also be in the original packaging. (We highly suggest blocking out the price instead of removing the tags, if the item(s) is a gift).  "Free With Purchase" items must be included with all returns, or items retail price will be deducted for return. If you received free shipping, a freight deduction will be taken off the total purchase price for the Refund.

 Exempt Products for Returns

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as food, first aid kits, bike lube and all climbing equipment. No Yakima products once they have been installed. We also cannot return undergarment, swim suits or other sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Clearance items are only eligible for store credit (not a refund). Items with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. cannot be accepted and will be sent back.

Expected Refunds  (if applicable)

Once your return Items(s) are received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will be to the original method of payment, within 3 days of approval. Credit Cards vary so refunds may not show up on banks statements for up to 14 days. (depends on your bank or payment method)

Shipping is Non-refundable… If a mistake is made by Sports LTD then a refund for shipping will be given.
